The new Activate Flexible Foundation Programme (AFFP) allows you to access all the valuable content and tools of the proven Activate Foundation Programme at your own pace, with optional mentoring and community engagement. This will help you develop the strong foundations you need to engage with investors and build traction.
But that's not where we stop supporting you. Our new programmes aim to help founders navigate the daily operations of their business, get ready for the next round of funding and go to market rapidly and effectively to drive growth. Also coming soon are mentoring services, investor readiness asssessments and additional toolkits.

Our purpose is to catalyse not just new ventures but the startup ecosystem, including venture networks and corporate venturing.
In 2021, we started offering "Activate inside" programmes for other organisations, working initially with TechSouthWest to deliver and tailor the Activate Foundation Programme for cohorts of tech startups in the region.
Our services for larger organizations, whether supporting regional startup ecosystems or corporate venturing initiatives through programmes and startup assessment tools will be scaled up in 2022, so do get in touch and tell us what you need.
